Since 2010, REAL has taken part in Portland’s annual India Festival in Pioneer Courthouse
Square during the month of August. Each year REAL holds a booth, selling bottled water, as well as presenting information to help spread the word about REAL and our mission to promote education and literacy all over the world. In past years, REAL has also sold everything from homemade earrings to balloon animals in order to raise money for our programs. Most recently, we have done henna and sold gently used Indian clothing at our booth. Stop by the booth during India day to help support REAL!
